HR Associate

This position requires attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidentiality in all record keeping, and willingness to assist team members. Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry-level HR professional. Develop core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and leaders
  • Process applicant background checks
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation
  • Prepare new employee offers
  • Process separations and maintain accurate personnel records
  • Assist with employee benefits, and other related tasks.


  • Must have strong computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Advanced MS Excel skills preferred
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be able to work with a sense of urgency
  • Previous experience supporting a Human Resources group/department a plus
  • Workday Applicant Tracking System experience preferred


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
